Description of Training

The Emmett Practitioner Level 3 (EP3) continues on the advanced levels for Emmett Technique. This training will implement the use of the practitioners assessment skills and combining a selection of Emmett Technique moves in a sequence to best benefit our client. The practitioner training involves not just the mechanics of the moves, but which sequence we would gain the best result for our clients.

How the Training is Delivered

This workshop is a 'hands on,' practical learning experience. Your local Australasian Instructor Gemma will be going over each technique and providing a description of the indications of the moves followed by a clinical demonstration. The moves presented will then be practiced by the group with supervision of the instructor. After the practice with the new move there is a group discussion and feedback on what students have discovered, felt and all questions will be answered. Students are encouraged to wear light, loose clothing to access the points more easily.

Training Topics Covered

The following muscle releases are covered in EP3:

1. Sacroiliac Joint Pain - assists with deep seated pain in the sacroiliac joint
2. Adductor Magnus - assists with dragging feeling to to inner pelvic area
3. Latisimus Dorsi - assists with tightness and cramp in the hips
4. Back Cramp - assists with upper back cramp / pain
5. Omohyoid - assists with deep paining lower neck and upper shoulder area
6. Eyesight  - assists with improving eyesight in vision loss or blurred vision
7. Gentle Spinal Release - assists with crating a state of relaxation within the whole body
8. Sternum - assists with breathing and anxiety
9. Wrist Pain - assists with pain in the wrist 
10. Ankle Pain - assists with pain in the ankle

Who the Training is Good For

This course is available to students who have completed the Emmett Practitioner EP2 training.

Location

The Cairns course is currently held at the Cairns Sheridan Hotel. Parking is available at the premises and you can access it via Sheridan or McLeod St.
