What is The EmmTech Workshop?

The EmmTech Workshop is a one day course that introduces you to Emmett Technique. This course goes through the Foundation of Emmett Technique, where it came from, its principles along with introduction on how to apply the Technique.  

How the Training is Delivered

This training is a 'hands on,' practical day. Your Instructor Gemma will be teaching in person and will give a description of the indications of the move followed by a demonstration. From here the students will practice the demonstrated move on each other with supervision from their Instructor. After the practice with the new move there is a group discussion and feedback on what students have discovered, felt and questions. Students are encouraged to wear light, loose clothing to access the points more easily.

3. Latissimus Dorsi
4. Forearm
5. Iliotibial Band (ITB
6. Sartorius / ITB
7. Gastrocnemius
8. Foot Balance
9. Sternocleidomastoid 

Who the Training is Good For

Emmett Technique Module 1 and 2 workshop is ideal for any profession working with the body and also for people wanting a change in their career. NO PREVIOUS COURSES OR ANATOMICAL KNOWLEDGE IS REQUIRED  TO ATTNEND THIS COURSE.

This course will be held at the Cairns Sheridan Hotel. Parking is available at the premises and you can access it via Sheridan or McLeod St.
