Emmett Technique Training - Module 6
Jul 21, 2024
Description of Training
The Emmett Technique Module 6 workshop is a continuation from the Module 5 training and focuses on extending further muscle releases of the body and the indications for each move. On the first day the Emmett Technique Module 5 moves are revisited, revised with all queries and questions being answered before commencing the next level of the technique in Module 6.
How the Training is Delivered
This training is a 'hands on,' practical day. Your Instructor Gemma will be teaching in person and will give a description of the indications of the move followed by a demonstration. From here the students will practice the demonstrated move on each other with supervision from their Instructor. After the practice with the new move there is a group discussion and feedback on what students have discovered, felt and questions. Students are encouraged to wear light, loose clothing to access the points more easily.
