Description of Training

The Emmett Technique Advanced Lymphatic Course is a specialised course for Emmett Practitioners who have attained Emmett Practitioner Level 1 (EP1). This course goes into more anatomical depth of the Lymphatic System and its function. This course breaks down the Emmett Technique Lymphatic sequence and demonstrates the importance of each part of the sequence in relation to the Lymphatic function.

How the Training is Delivered

This workshop is a 'hands on,' practical learning experience. Your local Australasian Instructor Gemma will be going over each technique and providing a description of the indications of the moves followed by a clinical demonstration. The moves presented will then be practiced by the group with supervision of the instructor. After the practice with the new move there is a group discussion and feedback on what students have discovered, felt and all questions will be answered. Students are encouraged to wear light, loose clothing to access the points more easily.

1. Advanced Anatomy of the Lymphatic System
2. Advanced Physiology of the Lymphatic System
3. Breakdown of Sinus Sequence and it's benefits for the Lymphatic System
4. Breakdown of the Digestive System and the importance of its role in the Lymphatic System
5. Function of the Lymphatic Nodes and Vessels
6. How to assist Chronic Lymphatic Conditions such as Lymphoedema, Lipodema (Lypalgia), Lymphoma and Cancer treatments

Who the Training is Good For

This course is good for Students who have completed Emmett Practitioner Level 1 and have the foundation of training for the Emmett Lymphatic sequence.

The Cairns course is currently held at the Cairns Sheridan Hotel. Parking is available at the premises and you can access it via Sheridan or McLeod St.
